We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Executive with a strong background in the plaster, paints, coatings, or building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of UAE market experience, an established network of dealers, retailers, and building-material traders, and the ability to develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Strong communication, negotiation, and market-development skills are essential.
Requirements- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the plaster, paints, coatings, or related building materials industry
- Proven experience in retail and dealer sales, customer acquisition, and market development
- Strong network and sound understanding of dealers, retailers, hardware stores, and building-material traders across the UAE
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-relationship-management skills
- Good knowledge of the UAE market, including customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activity
- Ability to achieve sales targets, prepare market feedback, and support sales-growth initiatives
