Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas | Heavy Fabrication

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in Oil & Gas, heavy fabrication, and fabricated steel structures to join a leading organization based in Sharjah, UAE
.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge combined with proven sales and business development skills, with the ability to develop relationships with EPCs, contractors, operators, and other key stakeholders.

• Drive sales and business development for heavy fabricated steel structures.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas and Water Treatment sectors
  .
• Build and maintain relationships with Operators, EPCs, Contractors, Procurement Teams, Engineers, and Project Managers
  .
• Promote and sell fabricated products including:
• Pressure Vessels
• Storage Tanks
• Piping Spools
• Platforms
• Structural Works
• Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare quotations, bids, proposals, and presentations in coordination with Estimation and Engineering teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
• Develop new accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel frequently to client and project sites as required.

• 3+ years of UAE experience in Sales/Business Development.
• Experience in Oil & Gas and heavy fabrication
  .
• Experience working with a fabrication unit is required.
• Strong knowledge of fabricated steel structures such as pressure vessels, storage tanks, skids, piping spools, platforms, and structural works
  .
• Proven sales/business development experience within the Oil & Gas, EPC, or contracting sector.
• Engineering/Mechanical Engineering background is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE
  .
• Willingness to travel frequently to client/site locations.
• Hindi/Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
