BCO Sales Manager – Port & Terminal Business

We are looking for a commercially driven BCO Sales Manager to grow Gulftainer's BCO business and win new customers across the UAE.

• Hunt and win new BCO customers and container volumes across the UAE
• Build a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting, networking, customer visits and outside sales
• Identify and target high-potential shippers, manufacturers, importers, exporters and cargo owners
• Build relationships with key Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Commercial decision-makers
• Identify opportunities to capture cargo from competing ports and terminals
• Develop new business across priority sectors including Automotive, FMCG, Retail, Food, Manufacturing and other key industries
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and conversion
• Work closely with commercial and operations teams to develop customer solutions and drive sustainable volume growth

• A true sales hunter with a proven track record in new business development and customer acquisition.
• Someone who enjoys being in the market, opening doors, building relationships and winning business.
• Experience in ports, terminals, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain is preferred, along with strong knowledge and networks within the UAE market.
