Counter Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Counter Salesman to join our auto spare parts team. The candidate will be responsible for handling counter sales of new auto spare parts, assisting customers in identifying the correct parts, providing accurate product information, preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of automotive spare parts and excellent communication and sales skills.

• Handle counter sales of new auto spare parts and accessories.
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts for their vehicles.
• Provide accurate information regarding product specifications, compatibility, availability, and pricing.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and process customer orders.
• Check product availability and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock requirements.
• Maintain proper records of sales, orders, and customer requests.
• Follow up on pending customer orders and enquiries.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and product-related concerns professionally.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales counter and product display area.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with regular customers.
• Stay updated on new spare parts, automotive products, brands, and market trends.
• Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure required parts are available.

• Previous experience in auto spare parts counter sales is preferred.
• Good knowledge of new automotive spare parts and their applications.
• Ability to identify parts based on vehicle make, model, year, or part number.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers.
• Basic computer knowledge for preparing quotations, invoices, and checking inventory.
• Good English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
