As a Business Development Lead at Pit Stop, you play a vital role in driving our expansion and growth within the region. Your primary responsibility is to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and increase market share in the automobile car care sector. • Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and goals. Offer financial guidance and support to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Develop financial plans, budgets, and long-term financial strategies. Ensure alignment with the overall corporate objectives.
• Establish and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the financial performance of the Autocare division. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies that maximise profitability while staying competitive in the market.
