We are looking for a Junior Agronomist to support daily crop production and greenhouse operations at our hydroponic farm.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor hydroponic crops
Check and maintain pH, EC, nutrients and irrigation parameters
.Support seeding, transplanting, crop maintenance and harvesting.
Monitor plant health, pests, diseases and nutrient deficiencies.
Maintain daily crop, harvest and yield records.
Supervise farm workers and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Support operation of NFT and DWC systems
.Ensure crop quality, hygiene and food-safety standards.
Assist the Farm Manager/Agronomist with crop planning and production targets.
Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture or Agronomy.
Candidates with 3 experience can apply.
Hydroponic/greenhouse experience is an advantage.
Practical, responsible and willing to work hands-on at the farm.
Location: UAE
Position: Full-Time
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Horticulture, or a closely related agricultural field.
Should know how to manage the NFT and DWC system
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in both field and office environments.
UAE expereince is a must
