Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems in real estate properties.
* Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing system malfunctions and breakdowns.

* Support the installation of new MEP equipment and systems as required.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
