Al Mukhtar Bakery is hiring for a Maintenance Technician for its Sharjah Branch. The role involves ensuring efficient operation and upkeep of bakery equipment through routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.

Salary:
Based on experience. Weekly off: 1 day.
Location:
Sharjah, UAE.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on bakery equipment.
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade bakery machinery.
- Ensure equipment meets safety and health standards.
- Respond quickly to emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Train staff on proper equipment use and safety.
- Technical certification or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
- Experience in maintaining commercial kitchen or bakery equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
