This is a full‑time, on‑site AC Technician role based in Sharjah. The AC Technician will install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning systems and related ductwork, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company standards. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance on HVAC units and associated components. The role involves working with electrical connections, refrigerant systems, and basic plumbing related to HVAC installations.
The AC Technician will collaborate with project teams on commercial and industrial sites, follow safety procedures, and complete service documentation and reports.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving HVAC and duct system issues
- Knowledge of electricity and electrical safety practices relevant to AC systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance for HVAC equipment and duct installations
- Basic plumbing skills related to condensate drainage and associated AC components
- Understanding of EPA or equivalent environmental and refrigerant handling guidelines
- Previous experience as an AC or HVAC technician in commercial or industrial settings
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and adherence to company procedures
- Physical ability to work on‑site, including lifting equipment and working at heights when required
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field preferred
