Body repair master

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

We are a well-established automotive repair shop in Sharjah seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This is a contract position with potential for long‑term employment.

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
• Determine the most efficient and cost‑effective methods for repairing or replacing damaged parts
• Use various tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, sanders, and body filler to repair damaged areas
• Straighten bent frames and panels using specialized equipment
• Replace damaged panels or sections of vehicle bodies
• Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle exterior
• Keep track of all repair work and maintain accurate records
• Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and safety regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or certification in auto body repair preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Body Repair Technician or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and equipment
• Proficiency in welding, painting, and body filler application
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Kenyan nationality preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month, tax‑free, plus commission on completed repairs.
