- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and leakage fixes
- Handle basic electrical troubleshooting and wiring
- Carry out carpentry, door repairs, hinges, locks, and small woodwork
- Gypsum partition, ceiling repairs, and patching
- Painting, touch‑ups, and finishing work
- Assist in fit‑out tasks and general maintenance
- Diagnose issues on site and complete work independently
- Support team with multi‑skill tasks as required
