Crane operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Crane Operator you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes safely and efficiently while adhering to all company policies and procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong technical skills and a passion for working in the construction industry.

• Operate different types of cranes including mobile tower and overhead cranes.
• Perform pre‑operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Read and interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities.
• Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication.
• Maneuver loads into position accurately and safely.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly.
• Document daily crane activities including maintenance logs, inspection reports and incident reports.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting.
• Valid crane operator certification from a recognized authority (e.g., NCCCO).
• Ability to read load charts and understanding of rigging techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Biometric passport preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages such as Tagalog are an asset.
• Position is open for Filipinos with valid work permits.

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus accommodation.
