Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Field/Service Technician, HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Installation Technician
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing faults. Inspect, repair and replace pumps, motors, membranes, filters, valves, control panels and other system components. Conduct water quality testing and ensure systems operate within required parameters. Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records and inspection checklists. Respond promptly to customer service requests and emergency breakdowns. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations. Coordinate with the service team to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timelines.
Educate customers on the proper operation and basic maintenance of installed systems. Maintain tools, equipment and spare parts in good working condition. Follow company policies and continuously improve technical knowledge.
- Diploma ITI in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation or a related technical field
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of pumps, motors, pressure vessels, piping, valves and instrumentation
- Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams and operation manuals
- Familiarity with water quality testing procedures and instruments
- Good communication, English and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments
- Basic computer skills for preparing service reports
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage
- 0-1 year of experience in water treatment equipment installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UAE
- Team‑orientated with a positive attitude and commitment to quality service
