Heavy Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

Skillfully operate various heavy machinery including excavators, skid loaders, roller compactors, wheel loaders, six‑wheeled loaders, and 3‑ton pickup trucks to execute construction and earth‑moving tasks with precision.

Conduct pre‑operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality, minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity.

Collaborate closely with site supervisors and crew members to coordinate work activities and optimize workflow on job sites.

Adhere strictly to safety regulations and protocols, ensuring both personal safety and the safety of others around heavy equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with specialized training in heavy equipment operation preferred.
• Valid heavy equipment operator certification or relevant licenses that demonstrate compliance with industry standards.
• At least 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in construction or heavy industry, showcasing a proven track record of successful operations.
• Familiarity with a variety of heavy machinery, including but not limited to backhoes, skid steers, and graders.
