Body Technician - Junior & Senior Levels

Therole covers vehicle dismantling and reassembly, panel repair, structuralrepair, welding, surface preparation, and restoration of accident-damagedvehicles to approved quality and OEM repair standards. The appointed level will depend on experience, certification, and technical competence.

• Carry out accident-related body repair work, includingdismantling, panel repair or replacement, dent removal, preparation, alignment,and vehicle reassembly according to the assigned level.
• Use bodyshop tools and equipment safely, includingdrills, grinders, sanders, dent pullers, welding equipment, chassis benches,and measuring systems where qualified.
• Follow OEM repair manuals, approved repair methods,material identification requirements, and corrosion-protection procedures.
• Check panel fitment, dimensional accuracy, repair quality, and readiness for the next repair stage.
• Identify supplementary damage and report findingspromptly to the Supervisor, Estimator, or Service Advisor.
• Maintain work bays, tools, and PPE in line with 5S andHSE standards.
• Junior Technicians will support dismantling, basic panelwork, preparation, and reassembly under supervision.
• Senior Technicians will lead complex structural repairs,chassis straightening, panel sectioning, OEM-approved welding and bonding,aluminium repairs where certified, and mentoring of junior technicians.

• Trade Certificate, ITI, Vocational Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Auto Body Repair, Panel Beating, or Collision Repair Technology.
• Junior Level: 0-3 years of bodyshop experience; freshgraduates with relevant apprenticeship or internship experience may be considered.
• Senior Level: 8-12 years of professional bodyshopexperience, including significant experience handling structural and complexaccident repairs.
• Senior candidates must demonstrate strong skills inpanel replacement, structural alignment, chassis measuring and pulling systems,and approved welding processes.
• Relevant OEM bodyshop, I-CAR, welding, STRSW, oraluminium-repair certifications are highly preferred for Senior candidates.
• Multi-brand experience, particularly with Europeanpremium vehicles, is an advantage for Senior candidates.
• GCC/UAE bodyshop experience is preferred.
• Basic English communication, strong attention to detail,commitment to safety, and pride in workmanship.
