Responsibilities
- Construct and install wooden frameworks and structures ensuring precision to support concrete and other materials
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately shape and size materials for construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timelines are met and quality standards are upheld
- Measure and cut wood and other materials to specified dimensions maintaining a high level of accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on vocational training in carpentry or construction.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in shuttering carpentry, demonstrating a solid understanding of construction practices.
- Certifications in safety training ("OSHA or equivalent") are highly preferred to ensure workplace safety.
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
