Carpenter - Sharjah

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Sharjah. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.

• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine materials required and dimensions of the structure
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, plywood or wallboard using hand tools or power tools
• Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings according to specifications
• Repair or replace damaged or rotting wood structures and fixtures
• Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry
• Proven knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
• Ability to read blueprints and building plans
• Physically fit with excellent hand-eye coordination
• Attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

1700$ per month

This job is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Pakistani and African candidates who are fluent in English. Part-time jobs without accommodation are also available for students who are looking to gain experience in the field of carpentry.
