Salary: 1100 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Electrician to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of electrical systems and be able to complete tasks efficiently and safely. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
Responsibilities:- Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, fixtures and equipment.
- Test electrical systems and components to identify potential hazards, defects or the need for adjustment or repair.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Ensure all installations meet national standards as well as local codes.
- Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role is essential.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in relation to working with electricity.
- Ability to read blue prints/schematics/diagrams used in maintenance/repair activities.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills is also required for this role.
