Job Requirements- Have at least 3 years of welding experience in a workshop environment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Ability to use welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Thorough knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Successful completion of a certified welder program or related apprenticeship is preferred but not required.
