- Diagnose machine errors and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on machine operation and maintenance.

- Maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and parts usage records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all service activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and product feedback to enhance machine performance and reliability.
- Technical degree or certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience servicing CNC machines (milling, turning, grinding, or similar equipment).
- Strong knowledge of CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Hands-on experience with alignment, calibration, and precision measurement tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (domestic and/or international).
