Painter

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning sanding and filling holes to ensure a smooth finish Apply paints stains and coatings using brushes rollers or spray equipment with precision and attention to detail Mix and match paint colors to meet specific project requirements and client preferences Inspect and touch up painted surfaces to maintain high-quality standards and client satisfaction Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while using hazardous materials and operating equipment Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising quality Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project specifications and adjustments Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure longevity and optimal performance Document progress and report any issues or changes in a timely manner to the project supervisor Stay updated on the latest painting techniques and trends to continuously improve skills and service offerings

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in painting or related fields is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands‑on painting experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of various paint types, their applications, and proper handling techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and handle various tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset.
