• At least 3 years of experience in crane operation
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid Crane Operator License issued by the relevant authorities
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Willingness to relocate (for non-local candidates)
