Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Technician

We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our maintenance team in Sharjah. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. You should have a strong knowledge of various tools and equipment and be able to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor damages
• Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and household appliances
• Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as required
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Keep inventory of supplies and inform management when additional materials are needed
• Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects

• Experience working in a commercial or residential setting
• Basic understanding of electrical systems
• Familiarity with painting techniques
