This is a full-time, on-site Welder role based in Dibba Al Hisn. The Welder will interpret drawings and specifications, prepare materials, and perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding on metal components and structures. Daily tasks include setting up welding equipment, checking weld quality, and ensuring joints meet safety and strength requirements. The role involves inspecting and repairing welded parts, maintaining tools and machinery, and following established safety procedures.

The Welder will collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete fabrication and repair work on time and to required standards.

• Candidates should possess strong welding skills, including MIG Welding, TIG Welding, and general Welding.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Arc Welding and safe operation of welding equipment.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials, including different metals and appropriate welding techniques.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of technical drawings, measurements, and fabrication processes.
• Candidates should possess a commitment to workplace safety, including use of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Candidates should possess good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an on-site industrial environment.
• Relevant vocational training or certification in welding or metal fabrication is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a welding or fabrication role, especially in industrial or construction settings, is an advantage.
