What You’ll Do- Handle weekend inquiries and walk families through the admissions process
- Coordinate with nursing, rehab, and admin teams to confirm clinical eligibility
- Complete admission paperwork and gather all required documentation
- Keep communication smooth with hospitals, families, and facility staff
- Represent the facility with professionalism, good energy, and compassion
- Experience with admissions in a healthcare or LTC setting (big plus)
- Strong communication skills and customer‑service mindset
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle busy weekends
- Professional, friendly, and calm under pressure
