Our client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, account updates, returns, exchanges, and other customer requests.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet established performance metrics, including response times, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and industry updates.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a high‑volume customer service or call center environment.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms
Compensation

$20-26 an hour. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications.
