Our client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, account updates, returns, exchanges, and other customer requests.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet established performance metrics, including response times, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and industry updates.
- 1+ years of customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a high‑volume customer service or call center environment.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms
$20-26 an hour. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications.
