Sharon Middle School is seeking an Instructional Assistant to support students in the Team Based Learning Program, Grades 6 - 8, according to the needs in their Individualized Education Plans.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* practice ethical and professional standards
* maintain strict standards of student, family, and educational confidentiality
* follow plans designed by lead special education teacher and related service providers
* assist with data collection
* assist students throughout the school day in various activities
* demonstrate the ability to work with diverse learning styles
* reinforce positive behavioral expectations
* open communication
* adaptability and flexibility
* patience
* team oriented
* attend professional development as assigned
* perform other duties as assigned by administration
