• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Master’s degree is preferred
• Two (2) to three (3) years of teaching experience preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of best practices in teaching pedagogy with interest in ongoing professional development and innovative practices that support student growth, and skilled in differentiating instruction
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and experience in working in a culturally diverse community
• Ability to think independently and critically, and collaborate well in a team environment
• Proficient in Google Suite tools and other applications as adopted by the school e.g. Jupiter Ed
