We’re seeking a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer to help us design the next generation of innovative, high‑performance products.
What You’ll Do- Develop detailed designs and drawings in Solid Works (ASME Y14.5), transforming customer concepts and team input into high‑quality, manufacturable products.
- Translate engineering proposals and specs into manufacturable products, including tooling and fixturing designs using DFMA principles.
- Design, analyze, and prototype components for the world’s most demanding industries.
- Research and recommend materials, tolerances, GD&T, and finishes to achieve design intent.
- Perform complex engineering calculations (strength, pressure, effective areas) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Lead design reviews and support ECO revisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to define and deliver optimal design solutions.

BS in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) required.
What We’re Looking For- Minimum of 5 years mechanical design experience in manufacturing.
- Minimum 2 years Solid Works & Product Data Management (PDM) expertise.
- Formal Training in 3D Modeling, FEA, CFD, Thermal Analyses.
- Bonus: experience with Model Based Definition (MBD), Drive Works, Product Life Management (PLM).

Additional InformationThis position is on‑site, conveniently located off US95 in Sharon, MA.
Salary Range: $100k-130k annually; annual discretionary bonus. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
