CMM Metrology Specialist

We need a CMM Metrology Specialist who thrives on accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Turn complex engineering drawings into actionable inspection plans
• Set up and perform complex precision inspections using advanced tooling
• Apply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) to validate dimensional and geometric requirements
• Partner with engineering to develop new inspection techniques and improve existing ones
• Conduct first piece checks and complete AS9102 first article inspections
• Dig into nonconforming trends, support root-cause analysis, and recommend process improvements
• Operate CMMs, optical comparators, micrometers, verniers, drop indicators, height gages, and more

• Expert-level understanding of precision inspection and geometric dimensioning
• Hands‑on CMM experience and strong skills with manual metrology tools
• Ability to interpret intricate drawings with exceptional attention to detail
• Team‑first communicator who collaborates well across functions

Hourly Rate Range: $29.00 - $34.00. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
