At Senior Metal Bellows we’re looking for a Precision Inspector who’s passionate about quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
You’ll be a key player in ensuring our high-performance components meet the exacting standards of industries that simply can’t afford failure—like aerospace, medical, and defense.
- Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and specs
- Set up and perform complex precision inspections
- Apply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) to confirm accuracy
- Partner with engineering to develop inspection techniques
- Conduct first piece and first article inspections (AS9102)
- Help identify root causes and support process improvement
- Operate CMMs, Optical Comparators, Micrometers, Verniers, Drop Indicators, Height Gages, and other precision inspection tools to inspect machine components
- Expertise in precision inspection and geometric dimensioning
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools and CMMs
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to read complex drawings
- Team-first attitude and clear communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement

Hourly Rate Range: $29.00 - $34.00. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
