Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA

Are you a passionate and dedicated behavior analyst with a commitment to improving the lives of children? We're seeking a skilled professional who utilizes evidence-based practices and compassionate care to support students in our district.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in an educational setting.

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs.
• Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

BCBA will need to provide services as-needed, observations, including direct and indirect support, coordination of care, parent/staff training, meetings (i.e. IEPs, BSP creation), Creation of program materials, etc. assessments, treatment planning, data collection, etc.
