The Town of Sharon is hiring for full-time Firefighter/Paramedic positions. We seek dedicated professionals to join a team awarded the SAFER Grant, aiming to add eight members to build staffing levels and service.
Candidates must be MA certified EMT-Paramedics or in a Paramedic Program and commit to MA Paramedic certification within one year. The base weekly pay ranges from $1,312 to $1,557, plus a 7% Paramedic-on-base bonus and an education incentive of 3.5% to 8.75% of base pay.
