We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN opportunity in Sharon, MA. This role offers scheduling flexibility while allowing you to provide individualized therapy that supports residents in improving everyday function and independence.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans
• Provide treatment addressing daily living skills, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance
• Establish appropriate goals and track resident progress
• Recommend adaptive strategies and equipment to improve safety and independence
• Modify treatment approaches based on individual needs
• Educate residents and caregivers on functional strategies
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with COTAs and other healthcare professionals

• $50-$55/hour

• Supportive interdisciplinary team

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
