$55–$60/hour | PRN

We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a rehabilitation team on a PRN basis in Sharon, MA. Provide individualized therapy focused on helping residents improve movement, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment addressing gait, strength, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility
• Develop measurable rehabilitation goals and monitor progress
• Adjust interventions based on clinical findings and resident response
• Educate residents and caregivers on safe mobility and therapeutic exercises
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• $55–$60/hour
• Flexible PRN scheduling
• Supportive rehabilitation environment
• Short-term and long-term rehabilitation caseload
• Collaborative interdisciplinary team

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply
