Physical Therapist - School in Sharon, MA

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience delivering physical therapy services in an educational setting preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric assessment and intervention planning
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students gross motor and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with school policies
• Provide consultative support to school staff for classroom modifications and adaptive activities
• Participate in IEP meetings as the physical therapy expert
