SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Sharon, MA. We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers for a part-time opportunity, providing personalized support to clients in the comfort of their homes.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
- Follow individual care plans and daily routines
- Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
- Able to work first or second shifts as scheduled
