- Learn to work from drawings and written work instructions, with step‑by‑step guidance and support from experienced teammates.
- Assist with machine set‑ups and operating conditions, learning how equipment works and when to ask for help—we encourage questions.
- Help maintain quality and productivity standards, making simple adjustments as you build confidence and skills.
- Inspect parts using basic measuring tools (such as micrometers and verniers) and visual checks—training is provided.
- Perform visual inspections to check part and weld quality, and learn when additional inspection is needed.
- Learn how we use quality tools and data (including SPC) to prevent issues and continuously improve our processes.
- Use basic computer systems to record work and labor time, with hands‑on training provided.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
- You want steady, hands‑on work and are eager to learn.
- You have a mechanical mindset and enjoy working with your hands.
- You have a knack for paying attention to details.
- You have prior manufacturing, mechanical, assembly, automotive, or technical experience (helpful, but not required).

Hourly Rate Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. 20% differential for 3rd shift.
