Foremost at Sharon is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Full Time and Part time positions are open; all candidates will have to work every other weekend. As an RN or LPN with Foremost at Sharon, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and assistance to residents and their families
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
- Valid RN or LPN license in MA
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
