Manufacturing Test Technician - 2nd shift

Senior Metal Bellows has been designing custom-engineered metal bellows for industries such as aerospace, defense, and energy for over 70 years.

Position:
Final Quality Assurance and Test Technician – responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring product performance before field deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and run functional tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts.
• Read technical drawings and work instructions proficiently.
• Use mechanical tools and test equipment to verify parts meet specifications.
• Identify issues and work to correct them.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Enter data and track jobs using basic computer systems.
• Support and train team members to raise performance levels.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Capable of following written instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail for quality and safety.
• Skilled in interpreting analog pressure gauges.

Hourly Rate Range
: $23.00 - $28.00 with a 15% differential for 2nd shift. Final rate determined by experience, skills, and qualifications.
