Part Time Shift Supervisor in Costco

As a Part Time Shift Supervisor with CDS (Club Demonstration Services) inside Costco, you lead in-aisle product demo teams that represent Amazing Retail's fashion brands. You'll coordinate daily demo activities, ensure food and product safety, and support a clean, organized setup that attracts Costco members. You train and coach demonstrators, monitor performance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead and support product demonstration teams inside Costco to drive member engagement and sales.
• Oversee daily event setup, food safety, and compliance with Costco and CDS standards.
• Train, coach, and schedule part-time demonstrators to ensure strong customer service.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and resolve on-floor issues quickly.
• Communicate clearly with Costco managers and CDS supervisors on event results and needs.
• Maintain inventory of demo supplies, manage samples, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Model exceptional customer service and brand representation for Amazing

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized demo area throughout each shift.
