Order Puller (Yard Associate)

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Some Saturdays Required

Pay:
Based on experience and required licenses

Koopman Lumber is hiring a reliable, hands‑on Order Puller to support yard operations and ensure customer orders are pulled accurately and on time. This is a physical, fast‑paced role working with lumber and building materials.

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers and drivers in the yard with professionalism and urgency
• Operate forklifts and yard equipment (training provided)
• Receive and put away incoming materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

• Working knowledge of lumber and building materials (required)
• Yard, warehouse, or building materials experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly (heavier with assistance)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to stay active throughout the day (standing, lifting, moving materials)
