Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Sharon Community Health Center in Sharon, Pennsylvania.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience.
- $1,000 monthly health insurance stipend.
- 100% employer-paid dental and vision insurance.

Position Overview:
- Provide outpatient behavioral health services for patients of all ages.
- Conduct behavioral health screenings, comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning.
- Provide psychotherapy for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation while delivering evidence-based treatment.
- Practice in a supportive outpatient setting with full administrative and clinical support.

- Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
- Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment.
- Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Experience treating mental health and substance use disorders.
- Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
