Wellhart is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in Anesthesiology for a locum tenens position in Pennsylvania. This 120-day assignment begins on 01/05/2026, and offers a Monday to Friday schedule of 5x8-hour shifts. The CRNA will join a team consisting of one MDA and one CRNA, working in a healthcare facility using the Epic system. The role involves handling various cases, including orthopedics, general surgery, endoscopy, and podiatry, with no OB supervision required.

This opportunity may lead to an extension, providing an excellent chance for a rewarding temporary placement in anesthesiology.

Job Details:

Location: Pennsylvania

LOA: 120 days

Provider Type Needed: CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5x8-hour shifts

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide anesthesia care for various surgical procedures, including orthopedics, general surgery, endoscopy, and podiatry

• Collaborate with the MDA and CRNA team to ensure optimal patient care

• Utilize the Epic electronic health record system for documentation and patient management

• Adhere to all facility protocols and safety standards

• Maintain open communication with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals

• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative evaluations

• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures

• Ensure proper equipment function and maintenance
