Business Development & Outreach Specialist
The Business Development & Outreach Specialist is responsible for driving growth by generating clients, securing referral relationships, and supporting the recruitment of caregivers and drivers across Care Cruiz services (Homecare, NEMT, and Courier).
This is a field-based, results-driven role focused primarily on in-person outreach, lead generation, and relationship building, with the goal of increasing clients, staff, contracts, and overall revenue.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, or healthcare outreach preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Reliable transportation required for local travel and outreach
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Ability to travel locally
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Professional presentation
