Job Title
Performs special trade and all general maintenance functions in all the Medical Center's locations. Supports the Medical Center's mission and vision as well as hospital and department policies and procedures governing their work activity.
Troubleshoots, repairs, installs, and inspects heating, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment, ventilation, air conditioning equipment, refrigeration equipment, plumbing, building systems, electrical systems, and electrical equipment.
Preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment, plumbing, building systems, electrical equipment, and electrical systems as required.
Inspects and cleans HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical equipment, and building systems.
Operates building equipment and systems.
Performs snow removal and groundskeeping.
Practices all workplace safety requirements.
Maintains the safety of the environment.
All other duties as assigned.
