Part Time Customer Service - In Person | First Shift | Sharonville, OH
Are you organized, friendly, and great with customers? We’re a growing custom sign and large print company looking for a reliable Part‑Time Customer Service Admin to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and send invoices
- Communicate with customers to schedule projects and installations
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- 2 years minimum of customer service experience in an office setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be tech savvy, experience using Office and G‑Suite is a plus
- Comfortable handling phone calls and client scheduling
- Detail‑oriented with basic computer skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and dependable
Tues‑Thurs 10am‑2/3pm based on production needs
Pay$18/hr
