As a Jr. Field Service Engineer, you will provide services ranging from performing standard maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and calibration of Waygate Technologies Equipment:
Phoenix 2D & 3D CT X-ray Testing machine hardware and software products at Waygate and customer locations. Travel expected in excess of 70%.

• Maintain, repair, and install industrial x‑ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment, such as X‑ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control and high‑end PCs.
• Provide customers with technical support via phone and onsite service.
• Provide timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements.
• Be responsible for driving customer satisfaction from commitment through quality service standards.
• Monitor site safety during work scope execution.

• Possess a four‑year technical degree in Electronics (BSEET, BSEE) or Mechanics (BSMET, BSME).
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Candidate must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history, driving record and educational background.
• Be able to travel up to 70% of the time for work.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and passport (or be able to obtain a passport).
• Must currently hold valid US citizenship status.

Must travel approximately 70% of the time for work. Travel costs will be paid and travel time will be compensated at overtime rates if more than 8 hours are worked a day. Must live within driving distance of an airport.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $59,100.00 and $.

The position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including potential bonuses subject to the applicable plans and policies.
