POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm. Overtime as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires, conduct team lifts or use mechanical equipment
- When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
- Stay on the move, working on feet for extended periods and willing to work overtime as needed
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures
- Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will‑call depending on business needs
- Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by the supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations

- Frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds
- Occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds; handle commercial tires (rolling, destacking, team lifting) with mechanical equipment or team lifts
- All equipment, except steel/composite toe boots, is provided by U.S. Auto Force
- Must adhere to safety and manufacturing guidelines for protective equipment usage
- May be exposed to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
- Adherence to company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines
- Forklift certification
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana testing)
