Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain

POSITION SUMMARY

DuBois Chemicals is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Financial Analyst in our Sharonville, OH headquarters. Responsible for analyzing and developing KPIs to support decision‑making across our commercial organization. • Lead the financial planning process for the commercial organization, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
• Provide financial insights and data‑driven recommendations to Sales, Marketing, R&D and Product Line teams to accelerate the organic growth strategy.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as price, volume, customer retention; develop and refine KPIs to measure salesforce effectiveness, pipeline health, pipeline realization, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Support pricing strategy development and evaluate its impact on profitability and customer acquisition.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
• Provide data‑driven analysis on customer acquisition, retention, price realization, and overall sales efficiency to support decision‑making.
• Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy of reporting.

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis with a focus in a commercial or GTM finance role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and executive leadership.
• Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related field. Financial leadership program graduate a plus.
